Chicken quesadilla great for gaining weight
Why It's Great for Gaining Weight
Chicken quesadillas are energy-dense, meaning they pack a lot of calories into a single serving—perfect for building muscle and adding healthy mass without feeling overly full. You get a balance of proteins, carbs, and fats that support muscle growth, hormone production, and recovery.

¼ cup chopped red onions
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
